Since the OP didn't seem to have any way to measuer the centre pin, I
assumed he didn't haev a lathe either.
I do not have a lathe, nor most of what folks would associate with a
machine shop (just a cheap Chinese drill press and some hand tools).
I have ordered a Targus universal adapter kit that is documented as
being able to provide 19VDC at over 3A. It has a set of random tips
with it. We'll see what's in the box first, in case there's a
compatible "Toshiba" tip in the pile.
