I always use paypal and have recieved refunds on the few occasions when I have had a
problem with
bogus sellers.
The one time (many years ago) I got taken and never saw a refund, I used a moneyorder !
I turned out that the seller had been kicked off paypal and was only taking moneyorders
under a new user
name. There are no refunds on moneyorders that have been cashed!
