duh.. you attach the shim stock to the FOAM and the mylar to the foam, applying
the adhesive to the FOAM in both cases. Resist the temptation to smooth out the
adhesive you just sprayed with your index finger :-(
Then use and arbor press or non-metal mallet to punch
the discs, mylar side up.
with the 7/16 punch.
You also should MARK the conductive side of the mylar so you don't get mixed up when
gluing several
strips at a time.
