Mike, chicago and austin are about 1000 miles (1600km) apart.
In response to my initial thread, tiggerlasv said that I could have had
the shipping done for slightly over $200 if I was willing to take care of
the rest myself. The problem was that I wasn't situated near the machine
at the shipping end, and I don't have a truck and the necessary equipment
at the receiving end. Having them literally drop it four feet outside my
office door was worth the extra $$.
