That was me, reuseable is an industry term means no source code changes, if you change the
source and integrate it into another product it is called "salvage code", which
has major implications as far as (re)testing is concern. Almost all code in industry is
salvage mainly because, in my experience, any feature of reuseable code which is not
perfect typically results in the rejection of the entire software package. You can't
do this in hardware design, because most don't have fab shops in their basement.
