I am using SIGNIFICANT, ACCURATE, and CORRECT as NOT being synonymous.
I maintain that you can have a value that is 24 bits SIGNIFICANTly WRONG.
How do you get an insurance adjuster to understand that a decision that
requires an accuracy of 10% can not be declared to be accurate based on
numbers that are plus or minus 30%?
