It's a hybrid circuit on a ceramic substrate.
Resistors, capacitors,
and inductors are printed/layered onto the substrate. Diodes and
transistors are fabricated separately, directly bonded to the
substrate, and glass encapsulated.
Were caps and inductors really all that common in SLT? I don't think they
were. Wasn't one of the goals of SLT to pretty much stick to just
transistors and resistors?
