Head actuator I think; it powers up and spins up, doesn't sound headcrashed
but I can't hear or feel the heads move.....
I know that some old MFM drives *did* end up with the heads "stuck" in
place. A few people have said that RD53s are bad for that, so it might
be worth a shot. You can't make it work any less...
