UUCP and Netnews

   Let's
reopen the uucp mapping project and establish new
 connectivity!  
 I'll participate if I can do it without long-distance phone calls.  I
 believe someone said that it can be tunneled through IP. 
I'd be willing to do it with stockholm if someone will help me set it up.
Will uucico behave nicely if connected to inetd? (I want it to run through
my custom TCP wrappers so that every script kiddie out there doesn't say,
"ooo! open port!").
