Hi!
I found a Z80 based machine.
Externally looked like an XT clone, with a wooden (!) case.
Inside, I found a Z80 based MB (all chips are socketed) and a
WD-1001 card. Yes, there's a floppy drive, and HD and a unusual tape
streamer.
On the rear, six DB15 female ports
REALLY??!?
On a Z80 vintage machine, I would expect multiple DB25s.
On a multi-user system with half a dozen terminals, I would still expect
DB25s, but there were SOME with DA15s.
Multiple DE15s are rarer.
Damn ... a typo!
DB25!
Six DB25, with 256Kb of RAM and three Mostek Darts
and a 50pin
connector.
have you buzzed out what THAT is connected to?
external [8"?] floppy?
SCSI?
bus expansion?
Haven't dig it yet.
I succeed in booting and entering the system.
Now I'm playing around to become familiar to Oasis8 commands and
filesystem...
