I get really tired of such meaningless
generalizations.
There do exist some very visible DUMB and/or ignorant people.
I was 12 years old before I ever even heard of "The line of Demarcation"
(Pope Alexander, in 1494, split the new continents between Spain and
Portugal)
There are apparently many adults who've never heard of it, and aren't
aware of the existence of Portugese! Isn't Brazil the capital of great
boob jobs?
We are hardly a representative sample of the full population.
