From the mention of ebay in the URL I'm guessing that it's some
way-overpriced item that can be purchased *far* cheaper elsewhere, quite
possibly in superior form (faster, more reliable, more flexible etc.).
At least, that's the usual situation whenever ebay and puzzlement occur in the
same message :-)
"It doesn't have to make sense - people will still buy it" should be
ebay's
marketing slogan...
