I've got a full Zeiss surgical stereo scope, 6x to
40x, illuminated
and filtered, on the articulated arm and roll-around stand.
You make me jealous :-). My microscope only has one objective lense with
a beram splitter for the binocular eyepiece. Still it is a Zeiss, and the
price was right (free :-), a friend wondered if I had any use for it). It
needed a minor repair to the illumioator lamp power supply, but that was
hardly beyond me
Even with only 2D viewing, I find it very useufl for inspecting SMD
soldering, magnetic heads, thermal printheads and the like.
