It looks DEC-ish but it has fewer pins (24) than the
DEC HP-IB cables.
Doesn't match any DEC cable I know about.*
I could imagine something HP did for Hospital equipment,
IE out of our normal stomping grounds.
*But then, I've never seen DEC HP-IB.
