Like most, I've been burned a number of times. One guy who burned me on a
(one sided) 'trade' was apparently using multiple identities too (some of
the stuff I sent him showed up on eBay later). I've made so many trades
and transactions over the decades that I really have no idea if I've ever
had any past dealings with Mr. Landon. Given Mr. Landon's past history
with others though, I'm not sure that I would be willing to do business
with him unless it was an in-person cash transaction where I could inspect
the equipment first.
To Mr. Landon:
I highly suggest you tone it down a notch and see about correcting any
past mistakes with your computer deals. If you are indeed a reseller, then
disclose this and stop pretending to be a hobbyist. We have a number of
resellers here on classiccmp and the vast majority get along well with the
rest of the list members. They aren't however all trying to use classiccmp
as their personal sales and marketing channel.

I've talked to him quite a bit on IRC. He buys this stuff cheap to
resell.
