FYI: RCA had a
part that was raw uncommitted CMOS devices on die in a 12
pin package for for special analog uses. Handy part.
The CD4007, wasn't it? Farnell still lists them, 46p
each in DIP, 15p in SMD.
I thought the 4007 was a normal 14 pin package. I can't think of anyting
in a 12 pin DIP (was it a circular metal can, I wonder?)
The 4007 is certainly a useful IC.
