ISTR ROM is 2.5K of the low 4K of the memory map. 8073 Tiny Basic
also uses "@" in place of PEEK() but I don't recall if it returns
valid results in that address range or if it's blocked (CBM BASIC 1.0
used to block PEEKing of BASIC ROMs).
