Of course I adore those keyswitches that have a tiny color OLED
display in them. At $50+/ea that'd make a pretty expensive calculator
though.

Keypads are
tough. :-( Several years ago I needed a membrane keypad
for a commercial design, and I found a good company in Florida who did
a very good job on them. They're still...membrane keypads, though. Eeew.
There are companies ("Fourth" came to mind, I used their products many
times) that produces real keyboards (beyond membrane and chiclet ones)
in Brazil.
