Both Zero adjustments seems to have little or no effect on the zero readings but they
have a large effect on the display when you're measuring a signal. IOW they seems to
control gain more than zero. It appears that one controls the displayed value for the
negative measurements and the other controls the display for the positive measurements but
there is a lot of interaction between them.
Also what does "Narrow band" and
"wide Band" mean? Changing the setting doesn't change the voltage range so
has to be for something else.
A guess, but a pretty safe one, would be that the AC mode
response might extend up quite a ways and the "narrow-band"
setting is to limit its sensitivity to AC noise for
measuring slow-moving AC voltages like powerline AC volts.
You're probably right. As guess as to what the cut off frequencies are?
