If I was asked I'd definitely say the Macintosh Portable.
I'd say this because this computer was one of the first to use active matrix
screen technology. Do remember, in 1989 that was more or less new
technology!
Feh, LCDs are toys! :-) My current favorite is the orange gas-plasma
display on my Toshiba T5100/100. Which, by the way, I'm still looking
for Toshiba's unix, T/PIX, for -- I couldn't even find someone that
knew of it *at* Toshiba. :-/
ObClassics: Finally picked up a NeXTstation today, the search for
which got me into collecting classics in the first place. (Well, the
search for a cube, really. But this was too good to pass up.)
