I used to work for a small telco equipment manufacturer, and both we and our customers
(including national telcos in smaller countries) re-wired 66 and 110 blocks constantly.
Well, I don't use them often. It's what I heard from a
local wiring tech; perhaps he was used to cheaper stuff?
