It is. But (a) not as much of one as paragraph-length lines, and (b)
the post that provoked that comment already had hard line breaks in it,
just mostly well over 80 characters (line lengths of 102, 106, 102,
105, 96, 87, 77, 0, 7, 0, and 4).
Please do keep line length down. If you intend your text to be
reflowable by the reader, see RFC 3676.
