My ADM-3A has this keypad. It als has the RG512 graphics option. ( has a Z80, makes the
ADM TEk4014 compatible )
And I paid a grand total of 10 Swiss francs ( = 10 USD ) for it, just a few years back.
I do not have the original packaging. That seems to be worth 1615 USD...
