So you think they're archiving it all, and purposefully only letting
people search the last few weeks?
The pictures aren't on ebay, they are on the
seller's site or honesty.com or wherever they hosted them.
I didn't re-read their fine print, but I can imagine that if you're
giving them permission to post your HTML description including the URL of
the pictures, that they'd have the right to grab a copy. As I'm sure
you've seen, the remotely hosted images often disappear even before the
eBay completed auction.
