I think is Q-bus.
I have a DDV11-DK, 4 slots. It came in an 11/34 from a University
setting that also had an IBV11 and a DEC Unibus-Qbus converter. I'm
guessing it was what they could get at the time when they ordered an
11/34 with GPIB.
