Don't let the term "double density"
confuse you--basically the
coating's the same for all 8" floppies. What differs is the
position of the index aperture in the jacket. Worst case, you
might need to punch a hole in the jacket in the correct position.
What are the two positions for the index hole? On both types I have,
the index hole centre is on the top about 117mm from the left hand
side (looking from the label side). Guessing about 22.5 degrees from
top centre.
