Anyone know what computer was used to create the
graphics for the Dire
Straits MTV video "Money ain't for Nothing" ?
[You mean "Money For Nothing"]
Yup! Wikipedia has a nice little article listing the computer as a Bosch
FGS-4000. It was created by Ian Pearson and Gavin Blair, who went on to do
Mainframe Entertainment (ReBoot, among others). The company is listed as
"Limelight Films" in "State of the Art," with Blair in charge of
graphics.
