Postfix is in the NetBSD base system. You just need to switch from
sendmail (default MTA) to postfix via mailer.conf(5) / mailwrapper(8).
I just don't know about amavisd or spamassassin...
They should be in pkgsrc.
cd /usr/pkgsrc/mail/spamassassin && make install
