This has got me thinking... Unless I missed it, is Mr. Jay West
still active here? or just behind the scenes running the show?
He lurks. I talked with him last night on IRC about this and apparently
the invidual-site bandwidth manager was busily contemplating it's own
navel while randomly smashing sites. He should have it resolved by now. :)
