Intel Universal Prom Programmer UPP 103 documentation

Not sure how much this will help but the EPROM programmer boards were an evolutionary thing. The UPP-816 would be quite similar to the UPP-833, except for extra stuff for voltage control and added addresses. What is the issue you are having with the board? Documentation on the UPP-832 would probably be helpful if nothing on the 833 There may be a newer version of 102448-001 I do not know about.
