I have a pair (3 actually) of the above terminal
servers - I have them
cabled up, yet the two I have connected seem not to play well together...
the remote terminal (a VT220) displays :

Are you trying to use one of these do to Reverse LAT? The DECserver 90L+ is a nice little
terminal server, but sadly it only supports plain LAT. I've used mine to connect to
TOPS-10, RSX-11M, and OpenVMS.
I forget which model, but I believe one of the 90's supports both Reverse LAT and
Telnet.

XDS90L-321, Connection Not Established - Network
Not Connected
The other unit is connected to a port on my 11/44, also known good, tested
and working locally to the machine. The first two green leds are on , the
led next to the MMJ ports flashes when I transmit data, but the '#' light
remains, sadly, dark.
