this has been up for sale before... I suspect there is just a bunch of
modern crap there.... I asked about old systems and it did not seem they
had any..... someone in the area may want to check it out... the building
is a rented one!

Either this is a terrific bargain for someone or a big longterm hassle to
some unsuspecting sucker. The sale terms are a bit odd (sales tax on a
