Depending on which DOS-like shell you're using, the
ampersand may be eaten by the shell. For example,
with WinNT's command shell, there's a workaround
that I don't recall at the moment.
I've tried this
with MS DOS PKZIP verion 2.04g and with Winzip but I got the same results
with both.
You might try
http://www.info-zip.org/ for a
command line Zip.
