The guy who makes them sells them on eBay, under the name "artmix":

They're still there. I have an AztecMonster that I got almost a year ago but I've
not quite gotten around to trying it out, so I can vouch for their existence, but I
can't yet say much about setup or reliability. My intention had been (still is) to
put it in an SE/30.
