A baudit teletype? Similar to a normal teletype except
it has a
square box with the type heads.
I'm not sure what your asking about. Blind people still use the 5 bit
code for data.
VERY Unlikely to actually be "Baudot"
That was replaced by "Murray" in about 1900, and that was replaced by
ITA (CCITT) before WW2.
Tom Jennings did a nice page about those codes:
http://www.wps.com/projects/codes/index.html
However, ITA#2 is USUALLY MIS-referred to as "Baudot"
Correcting that error is as difficult as explaining that Columbus' goal
was NOT "to prove that the earth was round" (already completely known; HIS
goal was to try to porve that it was less than 1/3 its actual size), or
how it will someday soon be to try to convince people that Steve Jobs did
NOT invent personal computers, wireless phones, GUI, music players, and
tablet computers.
