Fred, can I use that MFM controller in my 11/750?
Nope, the 750 is Unibus, and requires Unibus cards. The M7555
card is an RQDX3, which indeed does MFM, but it is a Qbus card.
For your system, we need to find a SCSI (haha!) or ESDI
controller that does MSCP, lime a Dilog or Emulex card, so we
can hook up a (physically small) ESDI drive to it. I laughed
about the SCSI card, because those... well, save up lots of
money if you want those :)
