 I could use a few sets. 
They are <relatively> easily self manufactured.  As long as
you aren't picky about the keyboard "feel" any foam will do.
I use a sharpened tube that fits into my IDC crimper along
with a small piece of wood as a punch for the mylar and foam.
I reuse the existing rigid plastic disks... the old foam and
adhesive easily rubs off.  It takes me about 1 minute per
key.
