That's a false alarm. The patent wasn't issued until 1993, and there is extensive evidence that the wording was written much later than 1982. First, everyone can view the patent at: http://1.usa.gov/QK3uSO .... the "patents cited" shows several from 1984 to 1992 .... the body also cites patent #5,103,376 (http://1.usa.gov/UaegAz) which wasn't even filed until 1991.
