Sorry didn't say how I converted.? I have the Imagemagic package
including "convert" loaded on several linux boxes.? Convert xxxx.tif?
xxxx.pdf does the conversion, though it seemed to take a while.
The first file went from 9.7mb to 27mb pdf.
