If you can find him (he was the editor of MicroCornucopia), he would

My copy is somewhere in one of too many boxes.
Larry Fogg is still listed in the Bend telephone directory, but I
don't know which of the three David Thompsons is the real thing (if
any). Could be, since he really liked living in the high desert (I
like green things, myself, so I'm on the wet side).
That was a very long time ago.
