aek - I sent off-list mail about this (most briefly, the sending host
is dropping the connection after 44-plus seconds, at a point where
5321, 2821, and 1123 all specify that any client-side timeout SHOULD be
at least five minutes). The mail was accepted by mx1.ezwind.net
