I think that Apple made a Macintosh-compatible
5.25" floppy that would
read Apple // disks
I would love to be proven wrong on this, since it would potentially make
my II disk archiving a lot easier, but I have never heard of such a device
for the Mac.
In the case of the IIe card, this was accomplished by connecting a regular
Apple II 5.25" drive to the *card*, not the computer.
