What keeps me from making my own PCB's at home is that they caught one fellow
about half a mile from here, who'd dumped his waste chemicals in the toilet.
He had to sell out to pay the fine.

That's
why I'm
glad I disposed of those old CRT's and terminals when I did. Of
course, now I wish I'd kept one more of the terminals.
Only if you get caught. I've seen people throw away a lot of
stuff they shouldn't, and I've seen stuff people have left in
parking lots and street corners so they wouldn't have to properly
dispose of them.
