Those are similar tot he round mouse (Hawley) that were used for the
early
VAXstations. Those were not PC compatable. I've never seen
a mouse on a z80 system (most didn't ahve graphics).

I have a no-name, most-likely prototype mouse like this that I got with
an early-80s CP/M machine.
