propane torch and plucking them off with a vise-grips. You gotta love
the smell of solder smoke in the morning man...

How many people here do soldering (using lead solder)
indoors
with no way of
getting the smoke out of the house?
I've been doing it for well over 30 years and it hasn't killed me
yet...
