Didn't they also make some PowerPC portables for IBM as well (I
know that they were supposed to, but I can't recall if they ever did).

Are you
referring to the Tadpole sparc clones? I don't know if they
still are produced but there are plenty of them on ebay. They still
fetch a pretty good price though.

IIRC, they're now only making UltraSparc laptops (gotta be sweet), and
I think they've got a PA-RISC laptop. Unfortunatly they only made one
model AlphaBook and it's discontinued.
If anyone wants to trade a AlphaBook for a SparcBook, I've got a
SparcBook 3GS. A laptop running VMS would be cool :^)
