neighbor, most of which
aren't that interesting. However, one is labled as follows:

MICROVMS/WS V3.0 BIN TK50
COPYRIGHT 1986
DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION
What is it?
My guess would be the VMS Windowing System for MicroVMS.
My other guess is you've got a good neighbor.
