I found this as well, and it was still acting up this morning.
The network at work was pointing to a bad DNS, that would take you to the
parking page.
I reset the network adapter, and it must of refreshed the DNS address my
computer was using, because now it's fine.
I didn't think to grab the offending DNS address before I reset.
