You just need some network attached storage. I was sneakernetting things for a while with
my 5150, but I?ve now got a boot floppy setup with mtcp tools so that I can get to ftp
& telnet. What a difference that has made, being able to move files back & forth
without getting up. Sometimes I?ll ftp a file up to the server, edit it with emacs, and
pull it back down just because I don?t have a nice editor on the PC. I?m still wondering
if there?s a way to boot from a floppy and map a share to a drive letter on the PC. There
seems to be a lot of stuff involved to make that work.
