Being an Interdata model 70 owner, I would say
likely good ole TTL '181s for the ALU, just like
the the pdp10/10-20. I doubt that the 7/32 had
2901's or anything close to bit slice back then..
My model 70 uses TTL fuse proms for ucode storage-
everything else looks like 4 bit wide straight TTL series.
Isn't the 7/32 one of the very few machines that K&R
ported Unix (v5 era) to ?
